Growth Partnership Engagement Terms

By activating a monthly subscription with Humble Digital, you agree to the terms below.

1. What We Do

Your subscription includes structured management of your paid advertising campaigns (Meta and/or Google, depending on your plan).

This may include:

  • Campaign setup & optimisation

  • Budget allocation guidance

  • Creative feedback & direction

  • Light CRO improvements

  • Performance reporting

Anything outside agreed scope (full website builds, design work, email marketing, SEO, etc.) is not included unless separately quoted.

2. Payment

  • Fees are billed monthly via Stripe subscription.

  • Payment is automatic and recurring.

  • Advertising spend is paid separately by you directly to the ad platforms.

  • All pricing is in NZD unless otherwise stated.

If payment fails, campaigns may be paused until resolved.

3. 90-Day Optimisation Phase

We work in structured 90-day optimisation phases.

This allows:

  • Data to stabilise

  • Creative testing

  • Proper performance improvements

Real results require time and consistency.

4. Cancellation

Subscriptions are month-to-month.

You may cancel with 30 days written notice via email.

No partial refunds apply once a billing cycle has started.

5. No Guarantees

Paid advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including:

  • Market demand

  • Competition

  • Offer strength

  • Website conversion rate

  • Platform algorithm changes

We apply structured strategy and professional optimisation practices — but we do not guarantee specific revenue, ROAS, or lead volume.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide access to ad accounts

  • Maintain valid ad platform billing

  • Supply creative assets when needed

  • Respond to approvals in a timely manner

Delays may impact performance.

7. Account Ownership

Your ad accounts remain your property at all times.

Humble Digital operates as an authorised manager only.

8. Liability

Humble Digital is not liable for indirect losses, revenue loss, platform outages, or algorithm changes.

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days.

9. Legal

Humble Digital is a New Zealand-based sole trader business.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
